ASFS would like to thank the organisers at the Australian National University for their wonderful work organising the 2017 conference in Canberra. The following is a look at the conference in numbers:
- 64 papers and many more registrants.
- 25 panels (mostly running as 3 parallel sessions)
- 9 countries represented including Australia, France, New Zealand, United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Switzerland, Qatar and South Africa
- and several strong partners such as the French Embassy of Australia, ANU French Research Cluster, Liverpool University Press, and the Australian Journal of French Studies
