The REGISTRATION FEES encompass: Conference fees + Membership fees.
(payment is done via the registration form)
For reference, registration options and fees for this conference are as follows:
OPTION A: IN-PERSON REGISTRATION – gives you access to the in-person and online academic activities:
>FULL-TIME ACADEMICS: $225 (conference) + $40 (membership) = $265 AUD
>RETIRED ACADEMICS: $225 (conference) + $20 (membership) = $245 AUD
>SESSIONAL, PART-TIME, AND STUDENTS: FREE (conference) + $10 (membership) = $10 AUD
OPTION B: ONLINE-ONLY REGISTRATION – gives you access exclusively to the online portion of the event:
>FULL-TIME ACADEMICS: $40 (conference) + $40 (membership) = $80 AUD
>RETIRED ACADEMICS: $50 (conference) + $20 (membership) = $60 AUD
>SESSIONAL, PART-TIME, AND STUDENTS: FREE (conference) + $10 (membership) = $10 AUD

Conference locations (overview)
Tuesday, 9 September
– Morning: Online half-day
- Virtual sessions – links will be provided closer to the date of the event.
– Afternoon: Postgraduate session
- Venue: NuSpace (second floor), University of Newcastle – Corner of Hunter Street & Auckland Street, Newcastle CBD.
Wednesday, 10-11 September – Main Conference Days 1 and 2
- Venue: NuSpace (second floor), University of Newcastle – Corner of Hunter Street & Auckland Street, Newcastle CBD.
Friday, 12 September – Main Conference Day 3 (final)
- Venue: Arts’ Precinct (conference space) at the Wallumattagal Campus of Macquarie University – Wally’s Walk, Macquarie Park, Sydney.
Conference dinner
The conference dinner will be held on the evening of December 10th (venue to be confirmed). Attendees are responsible for paying for their own individual order at the venue.
